Salvia officinalis
Leaves with an intense herbal aroma and a slightly bitter background.
Its leaves are velvety and grayish green. They have a powerful, warm, slightly camphor-like aroma and a flavor with a bitter touch.
One or two torn leaves are enough for the whole mate. Use a light hand so it doesn’t cover the flavor of the yerba.
