Yerbatería is a shop for single-origin yerba mate and everything that goes with the round. We choose yerbas from small producers in Misiones and Corrientes for their identity, their history and the way they go with mate.

Mate begins long before the first pour
Before it reaches your mate, every yerba went through a soil, a climate and a way of working the leaf. You can taste that story in the round. That’s why we don’t choose by brand or by volume: we choose yerbas with a story to tell.
How we choose
- Origin. We know where every yerba comes from, and we tell you.
- Processing. We understand how it was made, from drying to milling.
- Character. It has something of its own to bring to the round.
